The philosophy behind M-Space is to provide business space to SME's in a simple, fair and flexible way. We aim to structure a letting deal around the needs of your company as much as possible. We operate using a short lease which is designed to be clear and simple and we structure our deals to avoid the need for extensive legal input.

M-Store takes our core business space brand into the Self Storage market. Self Storage is a market we have been involved in for more than 4 years, working closely with an operator to design and then construct a "drive up" self storage solution in Cornwall. We have two further sites in planning in Watford and Warminster with further acquisitions being targetted in 2011. Our aim is to develop the leading brand in regional drive-up self storage facilities.
