Cornwall Bio Park launched

Montgomery Property Group in partnership with Hallenbeagle Estates Ltd launched their proposal for a new Bio Park near Redruth in Cornwall at the Royal Cornwall Show - June 2010

The 30 acre site has planning permission for business space, industrial and distribution.  The plan is to turn a part of the site into a state of the art waste processing facility which will take a minimum of 100,000 tonnes of Cornwall's commercial waste and process it to produce electricity for export to the national grid and heat for businesses on the park.
