Crown Self Storage Acquisition

MStore Group, a subsidiary of Montgomery Property Group, is please to announce the acquisition of the share capital of Crown Self Storage Limited. Crown Self Storage operates a "drive-up" self storage facility at Victoria in Cornwall.  

MStore Group Ltd acquired the entire share capital of Crown Self Storage Ltd from Lord Ivar Mountbatten on 23rd February 2011.  "Self Storage is an area that Montgomery Property Group have been investigating for more than 4 years and this provides an ideal opportunity for the company to enter the market with a facility which is already operational and provide a platform for the company to build further similar facilities over the next few years"
